✨ What Happens Next?

  1. Our team reviews your verification. We’ll carefully review the photos and/or video you submitted to understand your home’s layout and cleaning needs.

  2. We prepare your personalized quote. Using your verification, we’ll create transparent, personalized pricing tailored specifically to your home.

  3. Your quote is sent for review. You’ll receive your quote electronically, where you can review the details and approve it at your convenience.

  4. Approve your quote. Once you’re ready to move forward, simply approve your quote online.

  5. We’ll confirm your appointment with a deposit. After your quote is approved, we’ll convert it into a job and send your initial invoice for a 50% deposit. Your deposit secures your appointment and reserves your place on our schedule.

  6. Your appointment is officially scheduled. Once your deposit is received, we’ll reserve your appointment date and send your booking confirmation.

  7. Complete your Client Onboarding. Before your visit, you’ll complete our Client Onboarding questionnaire to tell us about your preferences, home access, pets, and the little details that help us deliver The Sweetest Clean Standard.

  8. Relax—we’ll take it from here! Once everything is complete, all that’s left to do is look forward to your appointment. We’ll send reminders before your visit and can’t wait to care for your home.
