The Sweetest Clean began with a simple belief: a beautifully cleaned home should leave you smiling long after we've gone.

Years ago, our family discovered that while spotless spaces made people happy, it was the thoughtful little details that made them feel truly cared for. So, at the end of every cleaning, we started leaving behind a homemade sweet treat. It quickly became the signature our clients remembered and looked forward to.

But the treats themselves were never just desserts. Many of the recipes we still make today have been passed down through generations of our family. They're the brownies, pies, banana pudding, and other favorites we've shared at family gatherings for years. Some come from loved ones who are no longer with us, making every batch a small way of honoring the people who taught us that food has a way of bringing comfort, joy, and connection.

As life grew busier and careers took us in different directions, The Sweetest Clean was placed on hold. Over the years, Heather built a career in real estate, working closely with homeowners every day and regularly hiring cleaning companies for clients and her own home. While there were many good companies, it was difficult to consistently find the level of care, attention to detail, and personal touch that had always been at the heart of The Sweetest Clean.

At the same time, Emma had become known throughout our family for her incredible work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine passion for creating beautifully cleaned homes. Watching her work naturally led to conversations about bringing The Sweetest Clean back, this time as a true family business, with the team who can make it all that it was meant to be, with each of us contributing our own strengths.

Today, that's exactly what we've built. Every member of our family plays a different role, but we all believe in the same thing: caring for people well.

To us, cleaning isn't just about sparkling countertops or freshly vacuumed floors. It's about giving families more time together, helping someone breathe a little easier after a long day, and adding one small, unexpected act of kindness that reminds people they're appreciated.

The Sweetest Clean is a family-built business, and every one of us brings something different to the table. Some of us are passionate about creating beautiful spaces. Some love building businesses. Some are happiest in the kitchen preparing family recipes. Others are the steady hands working behind the scenes. Together, we are building something none of us could have created alone.

Business Operations, Marketing & Brand Experience

Heather oversees the business operations, marketing, branding, and client experience that help shape The Sweetest Clean.

With a background in real estate, marketing, and customer service, she enjoys creating systems and experiences that make clients feel cared for from their very first interaction.

Outside of work, Heather is a proud mom of six and has a lifelong passion for cooking and baking. Many of the sweet treats shared with our clients are treasured family recipes that have been passed down through generations, along with a few signature recipes she's created herself.

For Heather, bringing The Sweetest Clean back alongside her family has been just as meaningful as bringing the recipes back with it. Neither would feel complete without the people she loves most.

Cleaning Operations & Quality Control

Emma leads our cleaning operations and is the standard behind the quality our clients experience.

She has an incredible work ethic, an eye for detail, and a natural ability to transform a home. Her passion for cleaning, organization, and doing things the right way is what inspired our family to believe The Sweetest Clean could become something truly special again.

While she may be the one leading our cleaning teams, she would be the first to say it takes all of us working together to create the experience our clients deserve.

Austin brings creativity, energy, and a steady presence to The Sweetest Clean.

He leads our advertising, social media, and business development while supporting operations wherever he's needed. Whether he's creating content, helping the team, or simply making everyone laugh during a busy day, Austin reminds us that building a successful business should still be fun.

He's often the calm voice, the problem solver, and the one encouraging us to dream a little bigger.

Kim is the heart of our family and one of our greatest encouragers.

As the proud mom of Heather and Austin—and the grateful mother-in-love of Emma—she brings years of business experience, wisdom, and genuine hospitality to everything we do.

She helps nurture relationships within our community, supports our clients, and is always ready to lend a hand wherever it's needed. Whether she's helping prepare family recipes or cheering on the next big idea, Kim reminds us that every successful family business begins with people who believe in one another.
